Sani completed her bartending course from Bar Square in Bangalore in 2008, and took part in her first competition, the Bacardi Martini Grand Prix in 2009, and she had the honour of getting the first runner up position. A really dynamo behind the bar, her dedication and knack of striking a great rapport with the customers has ensured great times for one and all as she handles extreme pressures with great ease.

Sani has worked extensively in the Middle East as a bartender, bar supervisor, and finally bar manager, from 2009 to 2015 at various bars and night clubs including Liquid Lounge at the Mercure, 2liv at the Sofitel, Palm Jumeirah, Riva Beach Club at the Palm Jumeirah and Trilogy Night Club at the Madinat Jumeirah.

Shariq Graduated in Hotel Management from IHM – Gurdaspur, Punjab. Subsequent to this he completed his professional bartending course from Stir Academy of Bartending, Mumbai. He is a Bartender par excellence and brings with him a wealth of experience, having worked with Fashion Bar and Lounge, Sports Bar, Rain Bar to name a few. Today, he is Head of Training & Consultancy at Cocktails & Dreams Bartending Academy, Delhi, imparting valuable knowledge from his repertoire of practical exposure and experience.

Pankaj is an ex hotelier, with 11 years experience working with ITC Hotels, where he was last a restaurant manager and wine custodian for one of their 5 star hotels. He is a graduate of IHM Bangalore, and has also successfully completed the WSET (Wines and Spirits Education Trust), Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Wines and Spirits. He is currently a Manager with Tulleeho, where he is a lead trainer for North India, working on behalf of top global beverage brands.

Yangdup is one of India’s most accomplished bartenders. Founder of Cocktails and Dreams Bar School, he also founded Cocktails and Dreams Speakeasy Bar, 4 + years ago. He has written a cocktails book and is currently also the American Whiskey ambassador for India. Yangdup is also the India attache to Tales of the Cocktail New Orleans.

Alok is a valued member of the Cocktails and Dreams team in Delhi, where apart from being associated with prestigious mobile bartending and consultancy assignments, he also acts as a Mixology faculty for the Bar School.
